A life changing recipe!

Ok, so maybe this recipe isn't quite life changing but I promise you that it takes almost no time, requires literally no kitchen skills and is a crowd pleaser.

Ready for the ingredients? One pack of chicken breasts and one jar of salsa. That's it! You can use a little salt and pepper but I usually forget and I haven't noticed a difference.

Dump chicken and salsa in your slow cooker, set temperature to low and go about your business. If you're lucky enough to be a stay at home mom the smell will taunt you all day long.

After 4 hours or whenever you get home from work, shred cooked chicken with two forks, give it all a final mix and eat!

Salsa chicken can be enjoyed a ton of different ways - I eat it on a salad, my husband uses corn tortillas and Henry gobbles the chicken by the fistful. One of my girlfriends served it to her toddler over pasta - mexican-italian fusion at its best!

Let me know if you give this recipe a try! All credit goes to Gimme Some Oven, I'm just the happy taste tester.
